Magirus-Deutz by Avtomontaža Saturn II LS ili 150 LS, prototype, just one made (found in the FB group Autobusi i prevoznici bivše Jugoslavije).

I didn't find anything at the MNZS, and got many likes for the photo, but no info from the Facebook group Jugoslavian members. Maybe the Masters know more ?
