there is no mention in my source about Bielsko - Biala involvement but PIMot is right
locked for You as I need also the name of this car

Autofura was made by research institute from Bielsko - Biala (OBR FSM) and this one is made by PIMot and I believe it has a different name
Please try to find it.
It is very easy and results directly from the purpose of this vehicle
