I do not know what this is, so I place it here instantly.

The file name tells you all the fact I have.

Can you identify this one and proof your guess?

Oguerrerob

Is this some 1960's parade at Poland?

grobmotorix

Yes - must be a parade in the 60´s or 70s in Poland.

But that´s all I know.

Oguerrerob

I've found it:
Polish Representatives of sports aircraft and helicopter. Section Parachuters
Celebration of Labor Day May 1, 1963 at the Red Square, Moscow, Russia

grobmotorix

O.K., you´ve found the photo.

But we still do not know any technical details, a make or even a name.

It is LOCKED for you now - let´s see if you will find out more...

I didn't find anything about the car. I've just found where and when it was showed. Sorry I didn't tell.

grobmotorix

No problem - I just really want to know what this was...

Hiawatha

Possibly a modified Warszawa FSO M 20, but it's just a guess..

grobmotorix

Possible, but I need some proof...

There are some confusions here. The picture was NOT taken in Russia. It was taken in Warsaw, Ul. Malrszalkowska on 1 May, 1961
" Winch TUR-1 glider pulling a trailer with a glider SZD-22B Mucha Standard with folded wings (Reg. No. SP-2155) " - says the caption in Polish

As for the car: unknown chassis, homemade body. Some say based on a Warszawa, but there's no confirmation.

Apparently the car still exists and has been restored. We'll see if we can find its history

pnegyesi

And the original drawing

grobmotorix

Wow - I really like to award you one point for this one.
You have found out so much, that you really deserve it!

pnegyesi

The vehicle was done at Zakłady Sprzętu Lotnictwa Sportowego Nr 3. in Poznan. I don't want to link the Youtube video where they introduce the restored vehicle.

I would say yes, other wise I would have put it into the solved section.

I don't know what remains to call this one "solved," but I will send you a link to the video mentioned above (with English subtitles). The video details the various components used, including the 4,680cc "S-47" type motor which the video says was originally built for use in a Star 660 truck. Here are a couple of still images from the video:
