It is the Cheetah, developed by Martin Kyburz, and marketed in 1992. All that's missing is the brand name (the name of Kyburz's company at that time). It wasn't Solarauto (nor was it KYBURZ Switzerland).

As for the previous thread, I've found nothing linking Luigi Colani to this vehicle. Maybe he penned the design?
