Not much to work with on this one. Please identify what, driven by whom, where, and when for a point:

I believe so.

Wendax

Sounds like an obscure brand?

By the way, I'd like to add that I've done no due diligence on this one. I usually make an effort to verify the identity of vehicles before posting them on AP. In this case, however, I've conducted no research of my own, instead, blindly trusting the (generally reliable) source when it comes to the "what driven by whom." Find the same source, and you'll get the same answer (and the point, of course). But I'm open to considering other answers that are supported by proof.
