Yes,that's what I have too..point!
Is there any additional info about this?
The current Swiss Classics magazine issue seems to have a report about this car. It was built by Ernst Dill in 1949/50.

Thank you!
According to that article it was Ernst Dill's car... and I couldn't find anything about Caspar Heinz. :-\
Ernst Dill from Basel was not far from another Dill: Kurt Dill from Willisau (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2015-44/solved-wendax-1767-nsu-tt-coupe-by-kurt-dill/) I wonder if there is a relation.
Please , make , model and coachbuilder , for 1 point ! :)

No problem, we are here in our free time to have fun and become smarter.
Thanks for the point and the interesting and challenging puzzle vehicle. It doesn't really look like a small DKW.
Have a look here:

Yes, the car was designed by Ernst Dill, the bodywork was done by Carrosserie Frangi of Fribourg.
Merged and header changed.
If we want to take a closer look at the puzzle vehicle, the two puzzles show two versions of the same vehicle:
1) red version: rebodied car, as found
2) silver version: After restoration with the cover and the two humps behind the front seats and rounded windscreen
