with your second guess, you identified the country where the chassis is from: America

But it is not a Ford

1955 Chevrolet bus with license plate PA-79-12 with Body by Lith. It was used as a mobile office by the Spaarbank in Amsterdam and surrounding area.

The design looks very very similar to the front end of the DAF A30 / A40 / A50 series so the initial guess from Sichel was a very plausible one.
