Surely this has been posted before, but I can't find it so let's see who knows what it is, who it is by and when it dates from - for 1 point.
(This puzzle replaces my NEH 1414, which was a repost, for the very observant!)

Experts?
As a BMW enthousiast I know this one : it's a 1938 BMW 328 "Kamm Wagon", build by Wunibald Kamm.
Sorry but it's the BMW 335 Stromlinie from 1943, with the body by Wunibald Kamm. Only two were made.
I've answered too quickly, you're right ...
I learn something every day here!

Had it been this one it would have been a repost.
So it's 1 point for Jean-Marie H. - well done.
To be precise, this is the K-1 (as the car mentioned by DeLorean is the K-4). I have it as being from 1938, just like BMW do state in their museum (see photo), and I think there was only one built.
Yes, you're a bit quick off the mark Wendax - I was just busy checking my facts (including how to spell Wunibald correctly, as I thought it had 2 n's!).
I have it as 1938/40 rather than '43 (when I believe another streamlined 328 was built?)
Below is another picture, perhaps of the other one of the 2 of these built:
A quite rare front view with an awkward copykill:
Three more views, one with additional tailfins:
Make, Model, Year, Designer please.
No interest from the Rookies for a week. How about the Experts?

Spot on!
