Citroën DS 21 Coupé.

Ets. Mounier did built such a car, a DS 21 Coupé Rallye, in 1969/70 with a 2.4 liter fuel injection engine

The DS was the easy part. Now the builder is still missing, but Mounier wasn't the one...
