In 1958 this wagon was introduced to the USA with  the steering wheel on the leftside, no "Japanese mirror"on the front wing. Model designation for the first generation Crowns:
RS/S10/S/20/S30

the one with a 1453cc engine: RS /RS 20. Larger capacity engines and a diesel engine became available on later model Years.

It is an RS30. I don't know whether you can tell the difference from outside, at least I can't.
