It is a Caddilac deVille, built by König in 1965. But it looks like a a model from 1963.

Yes, it is a 1963 Cadillac, bodied by Köng supposedly in 1965, but it is not a Cadillac Deville. Still locked for you.

I didn't pay any attention to the wheelbase, which is something that is also changed by the body builders. so, it is probably a "Fleetwood".

Yes, I don't know for sure, but some years before Köng built a Cadillac ambulance on a commercial chassis which was part of the Series 75 Fleetwood range. So I assume that this one also was built on the Cadillac commercial chassis.
