I've found this car in Spanish Autoshows. First in Alicante, then in Madrid. Just a sticker "Propagas". No further info

Another report of Feria Antic Auto 2017 IFA, Alicante refers that "According to the seller, a prototype from 1963, with a sports body on the frame of a motorcycle"
