Cup of Peace and Friendship?
No.  It is a very well-known Formula class but despite your numerous suggestions it has not yet been found.

There must be some misunderstandings, as the wheel rim dimensions in FF2000 regulations are limited to 6"x13" (front) and 8"x13" (rear); the wheels of the puzzle car look far wider
Nevertheless I will try it with:
CTG FF 2000?

Only to show the wheel size differencies between puzzle car and Nomad Formula Ford 2000 (front 6x13, rear 8x13)

Furthermore the exhaust manifold and -pipe of the Ford Pinto engine are on the right side, but surprisingly I couldn't dedect anything there. Really a astonishing puzzle for me. Let's see, what happens

I agree, these fat, rear tires are puzzling. Once the car is identified we will figure it out hopefully.
