10 years ago, on November 25, 2014, I posted my first puzzle.  Here it is 10 years after my 1369th puzzle.  That's still a lot.  None of my puzzles reached the black hole (thanks fromwien) ;).  Here is a photo that I have had in my stock for a long time.  Please, for 1 point, identify this car and when

Porter-Knight race cars for Indy 500 1915 (but they did not start at this race, because of engine troubles)
