Yes!
With their characteristic noise. They certainly livened up the first truck races in Europe.
I heard them in the late 80s at the Setra factory in Ulm. They were installed in export versions for the USA. Well, I'll keep looking then.
Any PRP connection?
A very small link with PRP

Please be patient a little longer.
Ok
Any connection to Creusot-Loire?
Not to my knowledge
Willème went bankrupt in 1970, and Beliet began production of the KB 2400 cab in the same year. So there wasn't much overlap. My guess: a one-off, a prototype with DD12V-149 engine.
The resemblance to the mystery lorry is quite astonishing...
Your hypothesis is close to the truth but deserves many corrections.
If you search and ask long enough on the internet, you will hopefully get the right answer:
4x2 prototype with GM/DD 8 V 71 N and Fuller RTO 9509A
I forgot to ask for the type, so you've gathered all the required information to get the point.
Well done!
