Yes - that's the car.
I have it spelt as Hofmann, although I've seen it as Hoffmann.
Built by Michael Hofmann of Munich and not to be confused with the Hoffmann Werke of Lintorf's Isetta replicas.

Anyway, well done and another point for you.
