Polish PZInż bus on a Polski-Fiat platform, 1937.  Another source says 1936 and "A modern PZInż. bus built on the chassis of the Polski Fiat 621R equipped with a Saurer engine from Ursus"

It's a Polski-Fiat 621R with a PZInz body, built from 1935 to 1939. The puzzle photo is from 1937. In September 1930, a licence agreement was signed between Saurer and Ursus for the production of truck and bus chassis and engines.
