Yes, it's an Alfa Romeo by Pinin Farina. However, it's not a 2.3 litre, and I don't know the year of manufacture. I'll lock it for three attempts to name the correct model.

Pinin Farina Coupé Victoria 1933, based on an Alfa Romeo 8C-2300

The Year is 1933 for sure according to several sources. The engine capacity is 2.3 litres ('2300')!

Apart from my source, a magazine for classic cars from 1983, I have found no reference to a 6C 1900 by Pininfarina in relation to this photo. In all cases, it is assumed to be the 8C 2300 Coupé Victoria from 1933. I am therefore changing my solution accordingly and you get the point. Perhaps a Pininfarina expert from our circle can provide additional information.

Several books on Pininfarina gave the description. In 1933 Pininfarina also bodied a Lancia with a similar looks.
