Did the puzzle-vehicle come from a manufacturer of bus bodies or was it a body manufacturer that 'lost its way' from the lorry sector to a special bus?

It is a coachbuilder known for both bus and truck coachwork.

It is a Büssing 6000 T, built in 1954 by Kässbohrer for Photo-Porst. The largest photo house in the world at the time. At least that's what the owners said ;-)
