The mystery photo looks like a sales advertisement. And lo and behold: it can be found at Car & Classic. According to the advertisement, it was built in 1948. On the initiative of racing cyclist Roland Hoart, it was fitted with a body by Faser (UK). Maurice Trintignant and Amédée Gordini were involved in this project. The experiment with a supercharged engine went wrong, so in 1961 it was fitted with a 1100 Simca engine.
