I really love it and would like to highly recommend this brilliant book to anyone who loves rude and (optically) unsophistcated one-offs and specials.

The old Bauhaus motto "form follows function" is newly defined by those creations,
born out of the socialistic economic shortages and the constructive genius of some creative men

Though it is written in (brilliant and whitty) german language only, the photos alone let you stand there with an open mouth.

The artistic and perfectly staged photography of those ingenious self-built agricultural vehicles, their owners and the rural surroundings
let this book stand out of the mass of agricultural vehicle books alone.
