MoToR was an American car magazine published monthly. Every January a show issue was printed which contained all the specifications of new cars on the market. I have the 1921 and 1923 issues in my small library. The 1923 issue is very thick; it has over 400 pages. I think the last MoToR show issue was published in late-1930's. I'm not sure when the first one appeared.
+ Beautiful cover art
+ Pictures and technical specs of all passenger cars
+ Lots and lots of advertising pages and articles
- Expensive to buy
- Staples don't last forever
-
With you on this - I used to have access to these and very useful they could be too for what we were doing then.
I agree with all your + points
I didn't have to buy them and the ones we used had been bound properly so I did not suffer from the - points.
