In the table of contents, I can read Magyar Crossley, Magyar Laurin & Klement, Magyar Charron, Magyar Siddeley... Have all these brands been produced under license in Hungary ?

No, they were planned, but never realized projects; most of them has failed because of the withdraw of the contracting party, and of course financial problems.

Second, seriously updated edition will be out soon.

Regarding most of these projects, google Leó Lánczy. He was head of the Pesti Magyar Kereskedelmi Bank and a financer of the Hungarian industry. In the early 1900s one of his taks was to set up an automobile manufacturing company here in Hungary. He contacted some major automobile producers of that time, like C.G.V., Austro-Daimler, Fiat et. al. Eventually none came to fruition but the media got wind of these plans and had a field time publishing rumours.
Paralelly, a railway company in Arad (today Oradea) was in talks with Westinghouse in France on obtaining some railway carriages. As a sideline it ended up buying licence for their passenger cars and set up the Magyar Automobil Rt in Arad, which later became MARTA.
