This is the Exvia 10x10 Overland 'Motorhome' (Looks like a Ride you would take on Mars) designed by Ian Nisbett. Here's a really nice design of the monster machine.

Yes, that's close enough, as Ian Nisbett (the designer of various production cars, including the Citroen C2) trades under the name of Curve Design, so another point to you.
