I'm quite sure it's a 315 chassis not a 328 or 327

According my source and knowledge, it's neither based on 315- nor 327/328-chassis, but many BMW parts, mainly from the 328, were used by building this car.
The car has a special type designation, I am still looking for, as also for the year
