It is the Brian Small Milmor mkV 1172. I cannot find who originally built them, but this one was prepared by the owner. It was very successful coming second in the 1172 Formula championship in 63, 65 and 66, and 1st in 64.
Milmor cars were designed by Howard Milborrow, an enthusiastic member of the 750MC.
All correct!
