Might be a Falcon body, I'm not sure.
It's not on a Ford chassis however.

I believe so, yes. Very few of these cars were made and they all seem to have a different base, but the evidence of this particular one points to a Rootes basis.
The bodywork is derived from a Falcon shell but I'm not sure whether the chassis and engine both come from the same source!
