1912 Tudhope-Everett 4-36 touring car from Canada.

Yes indeed it is, the "connection" with EMF being that this is an Everitt made under licence in Ontario. In fact Tudhope would have claimed that this is an entirely seperate marque, since they reckon to have built their own designs from 1912. However it seems remarkably like an Everitt in everything except the badge.
