Correct, and one point to you.

My source was a "for sale" ad and it is described as a 1968 Project Caugaro/Caub Formule France. As far as I am aware (and my knowledge of the formula is limited) these were two separate marques. The designer was a Monsieur Caubet who worked for Matra Sport.
