Looks a bit like one of those grim opportunist circuits using motorway junctions with harpin bends to use both lanes of the dual carriageway.  Like this, but it won't be this one.

You're right - it's not that one! Getting closer geographically though, although the venue was not a public road.

Yes! Actually it was a meeting in 1949, but I would have locked it for you and you would have found the answer, so the point is yours.

Lokks like a quick blast up one side of the landing strip, and back up the other side. Mostly homebuilt specials based on American V8 chassis, so typical of Scandinavian races.
