Is it a one-off body on a prewar chassis using 190 SL parts?

SACO

Not a prewar chassis , but some Mercedes parts !

An other view of the car :

Is that some Studebaker in the mix? Does that help?

Cannot find actual car, so I would guess that someone has taken a Loewy designed Studebaket of the type that has the vertical grille, chopped the top off, and substituted a Mercedes grille and air vent, plus of course the expected mods to make it look like a showstopper. Studebaker Packard at one point were about to add Mercedes Benz to their dealerships, so there is some natural synergy.
My guess would be that it is a Studebaker Hawk GT that has been sacrificed.

Husband of Zsa Zsa Gabor is hardly a unique descriptor as I recall. . . Ryan was the sixth (January 21, 1975 – August 24, 1976 it says somewhere) and there were three more.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

At this point in the digression I shall remind you that she is said to have described herself as a housekeeper - "whenever I have a divorce, I keep the house!"
