Men of stature!
The man with the suit should be obvious, but which sports car, which race, which year, which driver?
One point for the complete answer.

Alfred Neubauer, Targa Florio 1924, entry number 23, Mercedes-Benz racing car

Driver, race and year are correct, now only a more precise description of the racer is missing. Locked for you.

Mercedes-Benz Targa-Florio. It was similar to the 1923 Indianapolis race car, loosely based on the Type 10/40/65. It had a 4cyl. engine with 1983cc, DOHC, 16 valves. For 1924 it was upgraded by Porsche a.o. with a larger supercharger now bringing 126 BHP instead of 95BHP. Neubauer finished 15th at the Targa Florio.

Hermanoto, good work!  Now we have a complete description of Alfred Neubauer's work, his car and his work at the Targa Florio 1924. I wonder if he dreamed of becoming race director of the "Silver Arrows" one day?
This is your next point.
