Manufacturer and type of the tractor unit can possibly be recognised quickly. But who made the trailer with the roll walls?

You are close to the solution. The tractor unit is from Saurer, but the type designation is not complete. The semi-trailer was not made by Fruehauf.

There is this point for the Saurer 5 DF with a trailer from Ackermann Fahrzeugbau, Willisau (CH).
When Ackermann was taken over by Fruehauf, the Swiss branch remained in the possession of Carl Wilhelm Kölker, as it was not lucrative enough for Fruehauf.
