The puzzle photo shows the only 203 R built. It dates from 1950, not 1948. The project was also known as VLTT (Véhicule léger tout terrain). I don't know whether it officially was known as Rurale. A front view of the finished vehicle is attached below.
Your picture in reply #3 shows the 203 RB (aka VSP) of which 10 -12 cars were built in 1955-57 (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2017-47/solved-djetset-286-peugeot-203-vsp-'jeep'/).
