You probably HAVE seen that Caddy elsewhere.
The pic I posted is one I took during my trek along a portion of the IL section of the Lincoln Highway, September 2009, before heading onto Route 66. The ironic part of that pic ... is that I drove by that place en route to Franklin Grove IL, the headquarters for the Lincoln Highway Association. Once there, I stopped at the main building and then for a bit of lunch at the cafe across the street. While at the LHA, I purchased a LH book. And, during lunch, I flipped through it briefly to take a look at the photographs ... and saw a pic of that Cadillac in front of that barn! So, on the way back, headed to I-39 and onto Route 66 in north-central IL, I stopped ...and snapped the photo you see in this thread.
