Maybe you've had them in the past. Maybe you still do. Maybe you like this.

*grins*

I have a Dodge Charger of that model/vintage, but not that color ... mine is the maroonish/red.

I've also seen that Hazzard County pickup, but have yet to find it in stores.

VERY COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's what my wife thinks mine should be....!

They're an investment, everyone knows that! Well every wife/girlfriend/partner thinks that, because we told them so.

My collection is far smaller than that - my daughter (my entire family) is terrified about having to sell or dispose of it when I shuffle off this mortal coil. I've had to leave her a notebook with details of purchase price and likelihood of sale price. The books could be a problem too - how the heck do you post Wimpffen's "Time and two seats" or a 2-volume Beaulieu Encyclopedia?

Add to that 45 years of Motor Sport and every copy of Classic & Sports Car since it started. They'll have to go to the recycling dump I fear.

I reckon our collections are grounds for divorce........
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

My wife and my daughter thought that the car collection were cool. But I was forced to move to Europe and I sent the car collection and my books to USA (my sister's house) as she compromised to sell the 28 boxes of cars and 14 boxes of books. Now, I don't know exactly where the cars nor the books are.

Some of them

My Dinkys from the 1940s/50/60s - small, but beautifully formed. (Excuse the Atlas Editions interlopers, but they're a lot cheaper than French Dinkys of that era.)

Lovely.  I have some Atlas Editions ones as well.  I'm not bothered that they are replicas; they're great subjects and that's what I like.  Their value is irrelevant to me!

I used to have more than 1500 models, but now are on sale :(

All the cars were safe inside boxes in a warehouse for all this time. Now they have to be for sale.  If someone is interested please PM for more info. I also have 14 boxes of car books, some rare.

Thanks. Oscar Guerrero
