In the first picture, the miniature was/is a Majorette. Probably not a French-edition anymore, but could be.

Yes, it certainly is a Majorette model ... not many people have known that ... because Majorette wasn't as "major" here as, say, HotWheels, MatchBox or JohnnyLightning....

You say that, but they had in the early eighties an American base and specific models for the market, like a special Dallas-series. In any case, Majorette during the last 10 years was almost dead, but they seem to be getting back. The latest I have seen is they make the latest Seat Leon. Which I need to find.
