Post by: Arthur Dent on June 27, 2007, 12:15:05 AM
A private classic car scrapyard just east of Calgary. Specializing in Packards but quite a few other neat cars as well.

1960 Frontenac - A very rare Frontenac. A Canada only version of the Falcon only sold in 1960. This seems to be a version of the Falcon Ranchero making it especially rare.

Not a junkyard per se, but a shot of a pile of hubcaps I took in Texas in ca. 1990 sitting next to the local Post Office.

I purchased about 12 examples from the early 1940's to the 1950's for $1.00 apiece and they still cover one wall in my garage.

I also took maybe 50 photos of derelict cars and trucks but will have to scan them into the photo file when I have time.
