Trying to identify a car...

This car was hastily snapped in traffic by a member of another forum.


The seats and steering wheel look Benz-like
it has a California Blue plate

it has some styling cues from a Midget, but is ENTIRELY larger

anyone have any guesses?

Looks like a spridget that's been cut and stretched over the chassis/running gear of a much larger car. Strange!

yeah, that's been the general consensus over there too... but we're wondering if it's a kit car that's supposed to look like a big midget
