"1626" is, strangely, the name of a Chinese fashion magazine. In 2011, VW China created a set of four covers for this magazine (one for each of the four cities in which it is published) to promote its "People's Car Project", which eventually would result in the VW 4Fun Concept I posted as a puzzle last month (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/solved-autopuzzles/monty123)
