What it is: A dispassionate, economics & statistics-based examination of a spattering of culture and policy.

Who should read it: People interested in a refreshing, results-based critique of things we believe that are not so.

What you learn:
Sumo wrestling is fixed.
Head Start doesn't work.
Drug dealing and the fast food industry have a lot in common.
Give teachers an incentive to cheat and they will.
People with misspelled names score below average on intelligence tests, because intelligence is largely hereditary.

In-depth Analysis: Steven Levitt, a celebrated economist, partners with Stephen Dubner and turns his relentless analysis towards..... OOOH! Shiny Thing!!!
