Anyone want to share what they use as their background? Mine is Stirling Moss at Monaco 1956 down by the harbour in his Maserati 250F.
Nice pic.
I don't have one to share...!
Mine is a bit more personal:
I hope that was a ford, and not a poor handbrake!
It was a ford, well-known to local rallyists who also knew it was worth keeping right where it wasn't too deep!
Many night-time plot-and-bash rallies had a Time Control about 200 yards round the next corner which was the scene of many wet brake based overshoots. . .
An extra personal note is that Terry Chalkwright, the navigator in that picture, died recently.
This is my latest background - the inimitable Tazio Nuvolari in an Alfa Tipo B. I wonder what Ron Dennis would think of the mechanics' overalls? Apoplexy is the word that springs to mind.
Two of most recent :) Chiron Sport & 570S Spider :)
I change it frequently, but these are two I had recently
Absolutely beautiful car Allemano.
This is a picture of my Monteverdi 375S; unfortunately it's only 1/43 scale....:

But I suppose you paid less than 1/43 of the price..
Yes, a tiny fraction fortunately!
It's a fabulous model though. The accuracy and quality are astonishing (especially for the price). It doesn't say on the base who made it and I can't remember, but it's one of the best models in my cabinet and one of my top 3 favourite ones. The other favourites are also Frua designs!
