I started spare ribs this morning at 7:00a, so they'd be ready for lunch and it was sprinking rain.  Nothing like BBQ in the rain. 

We'll see if my father in law brings the '65 Ranchero or the '63 Bug, well he might bring the '65 Mustang, well what ever car he brings I'm sure I can talk him into leaving it so I can detail it.  Which ever car it is, I'll write up an article with pictures and post it here.

easy fix.  better to put in zing, heat, aromatics later than sooner.
