No sir it is not.  It is a number universally recognized as delineating a specific vehicle.

Good luck.

It's a 1974 Dodge Challenger for sale in Michigan.

Well if it is a VIN number then it is a honda made in japan - but too short to decode the full model?

You can write about anything you want in this thread.   It doesn't matter.

If you read it, however, you MUST post to it.   No exceptions.
No! I won't post!

The difference between theory and practice is much bigger in practice than in theory.

Actually, no, not very busy of late. . 2020 and 2021 were too busy, between being the primary caregiver to an ailing spouse, the covid lockdown, living without a car for a year due to financial constraints, and more.

That all changed when my beloved departed this earth this past spring, and now I have all the time in the world but I'm working to re-learn how to live alone and be comfortable living for my own sake.  Do I tidy up the house and sell it, and live and roam in an RV? Or should I buy a cabin in the woods and go fishing every day? I can work from anywhere as long as I have connectivity. I've never seen the Grand Canyon, or Yellowstone, any many other places.

On a whim I attended a Model T driving school in July - that was fun, and got me out of the gloom of my empty house.   Completely counterintuitive to how we operate cars today, but after stalling a couple of times early, I became smoother as the day progressed. I've also purchased a gun and have been going to target practice with a friend almost every week. I'm going to an annual (except for skipping a year due to covid) car show tomorrow that is within walking distance of my house.

Glad to see the place is still thriving - you've done great work!

How are all of you? I hope you are well.

Sorry about your loss. Very sad.
You could always waste spend a lot more of your spare time on AutoPuzzles!

I've been retired a few years now but I live with my daughter and her family, or more accurately they live with me, so with grandchildren to spend time with and ferry all over the place I'm pretty busy.

I don't spend much time on AP myself as I know nothing about the majority of today's puzzles; the cars I knew something about have all been puzzled long ago...

You need to visit some of the wonders of the USA whilst you have the chance. You lose the urge when you get too old..  I've been to the Grand Canyon and Yosemite, both of which are wonderful, but not to Yellowstone.  Still some places in reserve to visit, maybe one day...  If I ever have any money that is!

Time spend with kindred spirits is never wasted.  :)

I will try to pop in more often, though I too find the current puzzles unfathomable. The puzzle masters here now are beyond belief.

Hi guys
Hi Otto,
glad you're still around!

I'm sorry for your loss!

Haven't solved a puzzle for ages. Still a visitor once a week or so.
