Yeah...it's kind of a bitch....was easy for a long time to just do the easy thing.........worthwhile stuff usually takes quite a bit of effort....hardest thing for me was coming to the realization that it was the journey and not the destination that mattered........

You looking for a touring seat?  Thought from the photos you posted yours looked pretty comfy to begin w/....My riding buddy is trying to talk me into some crash bars as well....am struggling w/ how they'd look on the front of the hog which is already looking a bit front-heavy w/ the winshield I added.......don't want it looking like the love-child b/w an Ultra and a Fatboy............

Am looking at a Suzuki Hayabusa, Kawasaki Ninja ZX-16 (?), and/or Honda CBR 1000.  The Bimmer sports are nice, but no dealers nearby; same problem for any Ducati.  Was looking at a Buell XB12 Firebolt, but have read some not so flattering reviews on same....

BTW, these are NOT bikes for fat-bottomed girls...more like Sheer Heart Attack......

Your focus is on new bikes. I would be happy with a nicely cared for BMW 1200R. Or any of the inline 4 cyl Jap bikes like the Honda 1100F that were made before everyone in America decided it was unpatriotic to ride anything but a V Twin.  If you can find a running Honda CBX, buy it. Awesome machine......
