Ran across a couple of wolves last year whilst out snowmobiling....while they moved out of our way, you could tell who thought that they'd win the fight.....

Really cool animal...just don't ask any of the ranchers around here....

FYI, I might be driving up to Glacier tomorrow, weather permitting. They plow the road about 10 miles in on the west side, and Lake McDonald is absolutely beautiful in the winter. I really need to invest in a set of snow shoes.

Maybe the border guard didn't, but I sure did.....sounds like something one of my doofus buddies would have said....

Any other time I would've seen the humor in it, except that I was driving the car, hence I had to do the talking. Plus, I was busy racking my brain making sure I had gotten all of the contraband out of the car before the trip.

Watched BJ Auction tonight...was within a grand of the first fantasy bid,a ''32 Ford flathead roadster... waaayyy off on the 442 convert, by about 25,000...wonder what the Last Sting Ray will go for on Saturday...

Wish there were more classics and sports cars, getting tired of all the Mopars.

Going to auctions is fun and exciting. Cheap entertainment, too ....... as long as you don't have a bidding paddle!

The funnest job I ever did have was buying at the local wholesale auctions for the used car operation at the store I worked at. Its pretty cool waking up in the morning knowing you are going to buy 10 -15 cars that day and using someone else's money to do so!

I took a different car home every night......just to make sure they were completely ready to show to a customer, you understand.

Looking back, that was a job where I used to say to myself "I can't believe they pay me to do this!"

So why did I give it up? Well, its a little like having a girlfriend who has the tightest pussy you ever found but is, uhhh, high maintenance, shall we say? Maybe the 80 - 100 hours a week that went along with the position had something to do with it. But just like that certain woman, I still look back on it with great fondness and forget about what drove me crazy about it.

As the Rolling Stones said, "You can't always get what you want...." $:-\$
