BION, I think I've got the missus talked into riding up w/ me (if that would be okay w/ the rest of the crew...).  Her gparents live on Swan Lake and aren't doing all that great and she might want to take the opportunity to drop in....

Not on my bike she won't be.  Around the block, sure.  To a local restaurant, maybe.  More than 40 miles on that seat, forget it.

This weekend, I decided to drive up to Kalispell on MT-83, which goes right along the shore of Swan Lake for several miles. It was quite snowy, and I almost took out a herd of deer, but the scenery was worth it. Beautiful area.

We're getting a genuine heat wave this week. It's supposed to be 40* tomorrow... time to wash the 1/8" coating of mag chloride off the car.
