Saw a promo during the Stupid Bowl for a new movie coming out in a few weeks called Wild Hogs. Don't know why, but for some reason it made me think of certain people here. :lmao:

Actually, I would love to join youse guys. Anyplace out there that rents bikes? ???

I saw that commercial as well.   I, too, thought of the bikers of AutoPuzzles while watching it and couldn't stop myself from laughing out loud.

Planning on seeing SoDak for the first time ever on the bike this summer.

It's a very under-rated place, IMO. The western half of the state is chock full of great scenery -- Badlands N.P. is a must-see, and there are some phenomenal driving roads in the Black Hills. I've been to Mt. Rushmore, and was left wondering why they decided to hack up a perfectly good mountain. I passed through the state while Sturgis was going on, and the roads are simply choked -- don't plan on doing too much fast riding.

I was always impressed with the quality of roads in SoDak and the scenery.  And the prairie dogs were cute, too...

Prairie dogs are a pain in arse. My wife used run them over in the Mustang for sport when we lived in Lethbridge.

Same with rabbits around here...cute, but a royal shootin' pain...

I have yet to hit an animal on a bike.

... and now that Ringling Bros have taken out a restraining order against him, it seems likely that he never will!

It all started when the first officer bet him he couldn't nail that tug on final approach.

This is my 500th post.  I was thinking, a milestone such as this deserves a great deal of careful thought and insight...the text of the message should be rather pithy, not embued with a plethora of pointless eruditic platitudes.  In substance, it should serve to enunciate a certain sense of accomplishment on the part of the author, and should reflect his cognitive acumen and command of the English language.

It should also serve to illustrate to the reader a certain sense of satisfaction at achieving such a lofty and noble goal.  After all, this is a rare occurrence; in fact, it will only happen this one time.  Therefore, it should be marked as an icon on the cosmic calendar...a red letter day, if ever there was one...

In conclusion, let me say without equivocation that I am very, very. very prouzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzawp...

Welcome to the post whores club.  ;) 8)

Speaking of 500, I know you are our resident expert on the Indy 500.    I want you to write a feature article on the 1967 Indy 500 that we can release about a month before the race.  Any chance that could happen?
