I'm gonna say Satriani w/ Double Trouble.....although the drummer doesn't exactly sound like Chris Layton, the keyboardist sure has a Reese Winans sound and the bass is as close to Tommy Shannon.....

Answer me these questions three:

Are we guessing the guitarist or the percussionist?

Was the musician inducted alone, or as part of a rock group?

Is the backup group on this recording a collective inductee to the hall, exclusive of the guitarist we hear in this recording?

I'm going to take a wild-@ss guess and say it's Billy Gibbons from ZZ Top performing with Traffic, perhaps at their 2004 induction.
