Still too easy for the pro´s.

I´ll help a little bit: it´s american.

Oh, I´ve totally forgotten about this one...

And I´ve got to admit that I´ve made a kind of a blunder.

This car is NOT american at all, it IS french (but not a Ballot)...

New start and open for all again.

D-type

It was the right hand exhaust that suggested Duesenberg to me.

If it's French is it a Talbot from 1921 or so?

The marque is just a bit more obscure than Talbot, but quite known to most of us here at autopuzzles.com, I´d guess.

The make is a bit more exclusive than Gregoire.

#17
Salmson, about 1926?

grobmotorix

Not a Salmson, you´re on the wrong side of the alphabet...

Tackitt

It looks too big to be an Amilcar.  We're not talking Bugatti, are we?

grobmotorix

No and no, but alphabetically you´ve almost hit the right company...

Tackitt

I hate just playing a guessing game and I am running out of names.
Corre-La Licorne?

grobmotorix

Sorry for that,

Let´s give tha last hint:
Alphabetically it is located in between Amilcar and Bugatti and the make is quite famous for their last cars around 1930.
